When asked to describe their dream wedding day, Lauren & Aaron told us they wanted a fun party with a chilled, relaxed atmosphere for their Flaxton Gardens wedding.

Lauren and Aaron chose our Magnifique MC+DJ package so they could have Glenn Mackay as their MC to help create their perfect day. Glenn loved the opportunity to help such a lovely couple, and together with DJ James McElligott (and some exciting lighting design) was able to create a truly magical experience for Lauren, Aaron and their guests.

“Every moment of our planning process made me know for sure that Aaron & Lauren’s wedding at Flaxton Gardens would be amazing. We spent so much time laughing throughout the planning meetings because this couple are a lot of fun and we made sure that their wedding reflected that.

Fast forward to the wedding day and as you can see by their wedding video (lovingly crafted by the talented team at All Your Memories) that everything went perfectly. Rain during the day freshened everything up and then on cue, the clouds parted in time for the ceremony to take place at Flaxton Gardens. Then, within minutes of the ceremony ending, guests made their way undercover as the rain started to fall.

Once at the reception, the celebration was in full swing. With DJ James ensuring the music was perfect to set the mood. Lauren and Aaron chose me as their MC as part of our Magnifique MC+DJ package, which meant we were able to work together to create a wedding celebration that was tailored to them.

One of my key memories from this wedding was just how much Lauren and Aaron smile when they are with each other. They make each other laugh with such ease that you can see the joy they have in each others company.

I should also mention that Aaron is a man of many talents. He actually created their wedding cake himself.

As the reception continued on, it was clear to see that all of their family and friends were as fun as Lauren and Aaron. They danced the night away and enjoyed many laughs throughout the night.
